  • Look for humpback whales, orcas, sea lions, seals, porpoises, and eagles while exploring Southeast Alaska’s protected waters. We follow Whale SENSE guidelines for responsible viewing, with a 95–100% whale sighting success rate.

  • We guarantee marine mammal sightings. In the rare event that none are spotted during your 3–3.5 hour excursion, each paying guest who purchased a normal-fare ticket will receive a $100 cash refund at the end of the trip.

  • Tours typically last 3 to 3.5 hours.

  • Yes! There is one head (Western-style toilet) available for guests to use.

  • Lunch is included, along with a cookie and bottled water. Snacks such as chips, plus coffee, tea, cider, and hot cocoa are also available on board.

  • Boarding and disembarking take place at either Berth 3 below the arctic bar or Ward Cove, depending on the ticket purchased. Please make sure you select the correct ticket for your cruise ship.

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. If we cancel your tour or weather conditions require cancellation, you’ll also receive a full refund.
